How It All CameTogether

I WAS HIT BY ANOTHER TRAUMA TRIGGER BACK IN 2018 AND I WAS SPIRALING FAST AND HARD...

In just a few moments, I found myself engulfed in the familiar darkness of self-loathing being consumed by the 'Monster.' It had been quite some time since I had been brought down like this, struggling with the despairing thoughts that had once paralyzed me. Leaning against kitchen counter, I watched myself descend into the depths of my inner turmoil. My husband stood by, unable to rescue me from my inner battles
 
This time, however I chose a different approach…

… and that choice led to the creation of the Flowing Fears Process.

What I did this time was unlike anything I had attempted before. In that spiraling moment, I brought forth all my knowledge of trauma recovery and peak performance, and took control of my descent in a very intentional way. This approach evolved into the 10 steps outlined in the Flowing Fears Process. As I regained my composure, I documented the actions that pulled me back from the brink of despair.

Due to its effectiveness, I felt compelled to share this process with my clients, leading me to integrate the Flowing Fears Process into my private practice, yielding positive results. What inspires me most is that this process is teachable, allowing you to learn the skills for each step, so you can engage with it independently during activated states.
