We define your “Island B” — the life that feels aligned, nourishing, and true. You don’t need to have it all figured out — we’ll find your clarity together. We clarify what matters most to you. What does thriving look like? What are your values? What kind of life feels truly aligned? This becomes our north star.

We map the journey — identifying both practical steps and inner shifts that will move you from where you are to where you want to be.

Step 4: Identify Roadblocks and Resistance

​

We uncover the internal roadblocks — the fears, protective patterns, and stress imprints that have kept you stuck. This is where the work gets real. We meet the fears, inner conflicts, and protective parts and patterns that resist change — and learn how to move through them without force or bypassing. As your coach, I compassionately help you 'see' these patterns and hold them with understanding and an open heart.

This is our core method for transforming fear into feeling into freedom. Grounded in neuroscience and guided by somatic awareness, this process helps you move through emotional stuck points and return to inner coherence.

Jennifer Summerfeldt is a women’s transformation coach and nervous systemin-formed mentor blending science, somatics, and soul to help clients live the change they’ve worked so hard for. Clinically trained, spiritually grounded, and somatically informed, Jennifer brings over two decades of experience in psychology, emotional processing, and consciousness studies into her integrative approach. She guides women beyond emotional looping and survival stress into clarity, coherence, and soul-led living. Her work supports those who’ve done the healing work — therapy, retreats, and self-development — yet still feel stuck in familiar patterns.
